After reading other customers' reviews, I wasn't sure what I was really going to get with this rolling walker. But after using it for about a month, I can tell you it is outstanding. It's a perfect size for my spouse, and it works very well. It's easy to fold up and put in the car when you have to take your spouse to the doctor. And it is adjustable if your spouse is tall or a little short. You can make that adjustment. I love it!!!! First off I received it in 1 day…. I didn’t pay extra it just came the next day. I liked that it didn’t take any tools to put it together. The seat is nice and padded.. I don’t understand how other people that complained about the seat.. I don’t find anything wrong with it.. the storage space under seat is an added bonus I like having a place to put my purse 👜 that is out of sight to people.. The wheels and breaks also work very well… Why people pay $100 plus for these things is beyond me, I think it’s a waste of money to pay that much… This Rollerator is great and it saves me money on the cost… Would I recommend this to someone else looking to buy one?? Decent enough Rollator walker but doesn't easily roll straight. It kind of Errors to the side so you have to use extra effort to drive the thing. The cushion is terrible and the first time I kneel down it it hurt my knee. I had to get a rubber back kitchen sick cushion to put on top of the seat so I could kneel on it ... show more

    • Need Parts to put the chair together
Lack of customer service. No phone or email to get ahold of anyone at Medline. The Steel Rollator 6" wheel that I bought is well built but I need the clips and screws that put the chair together. I need those parts. ANY information with a phone number would be great. The actual chair looks great and would like to keep it BUT need small items to put it together. UPDATE - Still unable to contact the company. However, I was able to get the chair but together that works for me. The small clamps I don't have that hold the brake wires in place but that doesn't hinder the movement of the chair. So, I am able to use the chair moving around. I also have to say it was difficult for me putting it together. The clips were hard to get off and had to use a flat screw drive to hold the button in. The directions barely say what to do. Would I buy the chair again knowing what I would have to go thru I would say no. Nothing to do with the stable chair it is great. If you buy it make sure that the person putting it together is physically able to do so. I am 77 and generally able to put things together. It really wore me out. ... show more
