I never use the feature but decided to do the prime Try-before-you-buy because I didn't want to be stuck with a work boot that didn't meet my needs. I work in a warehouse loading package trucks overnight. I needed something lightweight, waterproof, with toe protection, and high enough to support my (weak) ankles. The day I got them I wore them to work for a 5 hour all on my feet shift; Only mild aching of my toes and heels. Day Two, I felt more pinching in my ankles but never anything I would consider unbearable. At the end of day Three I realized that I didn't feel a thing uncomfortable that day and forgot I was wearing the boots. They don't slow me down and they aren't heavy. I'm 5'10" and they give me extra inches which I love. True to size as the 10 gives me enough toe wiggle room to wear thick socks, 100% wool even, as I work in 30-40° temps daily. I get so many compliments on them, and the men I work with are so impressed that these boots do everything their big, clunky, less sexy boots do. ... show more

i just started in blue collar (carpentry) a couple weeks ago and just needed a reliable pair of steel toes. these are so ridiculously comfy, i love them. they definitely have a bit of a platform to them but nothing i cant adjust to! everybody was saying size up so i went half a size up and it ended up being just the tiniest bit too big but i can manage. i say follow your gut with the sizing, other than that these are great, we’ll see how long they hold up! ... show more

Update April 11, 2026 i wear these only in the winter months now. My feet dont swell up. I really wanted to love these. But the wide boots are still very narrow. And I dont have wide feet at all. I still try to wear them because I paid for them. Im very disappointed with this work boot. They are durable, maybe because I cant wear them every day I work. I love the style and weight. But the over all comfort, their is none. One thing I do like about them is the arch. The arch is perfect for my high arches.. Do I recommend, only if you have a very narrow foot, then get the wide.. ... show more

If you typically wear a size 6 order size 6.5W. I ordered just a size 6 and am returning. My toes were very cramped and and the width was very tight. Other than that the boots look great and are of great quality.

I’ve always struggled finding comfortable boots and I’ve been purchasing these for the last 3-4 years. They hold up well, fit true to size, they aren’t very heavy compared to other boots, and they don’t take long to break in. I will say these are definitely a warmer weather boot not the best for below freezing temps unless you’re layering up on socks. Aside from that I have no complaints ... show more

I work on Tugboats and when I got these I was immediately concerned about the tread. I've been on for 3 weeks and the tread on the inside of my boots has already worn down. Walking or standing in mudd while throwing lines takes alot of concentration and awareness not to slip. They broke in easy and the arch support is incredible but the tread keeps me in a constant state of thinking about my footing. ... show more

Immediately after I received these I unboxed and slipped them on. I was sure they’d be too big or tight on my foot just based on the outside cut but they fit like a glove. I ordered my normal shoe size (6). When I say glove I mean they hug your foot perfectly in all the right spots and especially the footbed/arch which is the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in ANY shoe including running sneakers or clogs (that have a very supportive arch). I don’t even want to take them off—that’s how great these are and I’m sure they will get softer and better with time. I’ve been wearing these in 9 degree weather and they keep my feet warm.
