This immediately became my new favorite jacket. It's perfect for those Spring days that can vary in temperature day to day and hour to hour. It's warm enough for a brief walk in the morning when it's in the 40s (F). But I'm not sweating wearing it home in the afternoon when it's in the 60s. I haven't had the chance to test it in heavy rain yet, but I've had no issues with it in light rain. The hood is a great size: large enough to cover your head and hang over slightly to protect your face, but not so huge that it's constantly falling over your eyes and getting in the way. The back is slightly longer than the front. It's not quite long enough to fully cover your rear while sitting, but it is enough to perch or lean against something. This is a good happy medium for me. It's also sized generously. I purchased my regular clothing size and it fits loosely, as intended. There is plenty of room for me to wear a sweater or sweatshirt under on chillier days and it still is not tight in the slightest. I also really like the double zipper. It's handy to have just the middle portion zipped on a warmer day to keep it together yet breezy - like buttoning a single button on a cardigan. ... show more

Absolutely perfect fit! I usually have to order a large to fit hoodies under my rain coats, but the medium was perfect even in the arm length. I’m 5’5 and 155. It’s a lightweight water repellent coat which is perfect in spring and fall weather. This coat is a longer, thigh-length jacket (32 inches) with a mesh-lined body and an interior drawcord at the waist for an adjustable fit!
