These are warm in low 20s even when not moving around. They are too warm eventually if exercising like waking in these temps. However, these same temps in full sun on ATV with even a cab enclosurer and my tips of fingers were frost bitten and I had liner gloves underneath. These gloves fit perfectly. Most gloves in size XL really fit like L. Most are too tight and that reduces their effectiveness against the cold. These fit just right, they're made very well and they are worth the price.
