I am a vineyard manager and walking vineyards, riding quads and driving tractors. Easy on and off, comfortable and water resistant for a long time. Good price when on sale. Nice and durable.

    • Fantastic designed work boot
This work boot has more advanced features than any boot I've ever had. It has special felt/ brake pad material on the bottom, specifically for walking around on slippery wet surfaces. Kind of like what you'd find on a pair of fishing waders specifically meant for slippery rocks. Also, on the back of the heel it has a raised ridge to catch your toe when pulling your foot out of the boot so you do not damage the back heel of your boots. By doing that, they're mostly canvas woven but have leather suede patches around the parts that wear the fastest. They are extremely comfortable. Not a boot that I would get for working in the hot summer sun though, but for winter conditions you couldn't ask for a better boot. I wear them every day and a prison setting and I'm the environmental compliance manager and I do nothing but walk around doing inspections all day long. I'll walk between 8 and 10 miles in an 8-hour day. ... show more
