Just got my chair on yesterday and it took me more time to break down the boxes than it took to set it up. literally comes put together outside of the foot part that all you have to do is remove two screws and hook up the air and plug, place the foot bars on the holders and place the two small screws back and tights and done. (make sure you hook up the power supply and remote in back and place the chair in the full upright position first when setting up) The initial experience was AMAZING, the massage roller will hit pretty deep if you are not use to a massage chair so expect that on the initial settings but i think you adjust that. The remote is very nice and LED, got spend some time with it to maximize the experience even more. The blue tooth is nice to have as on a 20min session at lunch i was about put to sleep. LOL. I did a lot of research prior to this purchase as this is my first chair, I always sat in the ones at the mall. This one is WAY better than those, worth the purchase. I will report back after some time and let you know how it goes, but out the box its very comfortable and does the job well. ... show more

This chair will hurt someone. The roller on the back are toooooooo aggressive. When the roller start approaching the lower part of your back, you will raise off the chair I promise. The foot roller are the same way. The air bags squeeze and squeeze until they are about to pop. I do not recommend this chair until the owner/maker sit in it. Everyone said don’t do it, but my life has changed because of this, not only am I always relaxed, but now everyone want to come over and hang out, it does a great job massaging your back, it’s better than the chairs at the mall but probably not the best on the market, not to mention that once the lady’s started hearing that ole Bobby Banquet had a massage chair, let’s just say there’s a waterfall of women in my life. 12/10 highly recommend it, finance it if you have to.
