This item is surprisingly good quality, the only drawback is the charging time and method. You must position the case in a particular manner in order to get them to charge to full battery life.

For some reason, Amazon choices are not my choices half of the time. These earbuds have good craftsmanship, they do not look cheap for the price, and they are very easy to connect and use. BUT, I found that on phone calls the sound is kind of muffled, not as clear as the basic wired apple earbuds; it happens both ways, as some people in my calls told me I sounded better when not using these wireless buds. I tried to adjust sound quality sound from the phone, but not much to do there. Another issue I had, is with the super sensitive touch control, you need to be careful or it is very easy to hang up your call by accident, it happened to me several times. Otherwise, the buds work ok if you will only listen to media, music, podcasts, etc. but I do not recommend them for phone calls. NOTE: Fortunately the seller is excellent, they have a great selection of products and they were quick to offer resolution or refund for my purchase. ... show more
