I used the lathe tools twice and found them to be exceptional in quality, materials, and workmanship. I that for the price they would be cheap knock-offs, but that is not the case they are as good as some of the professional brands. There is only one minor drawback and that is the shape of the shafts on the tools. I would have preferred a round shaft instead of a rectangle shaft. I see the thought for the rectangle shaft, to keep the blade square to the wood, but I would rather have a round shaft and let the turner control the tool. That is a minor problem and it may be written of to personal preference. ... show more

Getting four handles and extra screws makes this a very good buy compared to other ones with only one handle. The handles are very comfortable and easy to set up
