This pan is top quality. It's heavy enough to be durable, but light enough to manage without any issues. Its nonstick surface works beautifully; nothing I have ever made in this has stuck to the pan. Be sure to use a silicone, plastic or wooden utensil when working with this pan; it scratches easily. I purchased a hard plastic knife here on Amazon that was designed for use with these type of pans specifically and that has worked like a charm! I really enjoy using this pan. It is a little bigger than the typical square pan which I like. It is easy to clean too. It is a bit more expensive than some other brands, but I think it will probably last a long time. I think it would make a nice gift for someone starting a new home, someone who likes to cook, or someone whose pans are getting old, or to ask for it as a birthday gift for yourself.
