It is a bit more expensive than some other brands, but I think it will probably last a long time. This pan is top quality. It's heavy enough to be durable, but light enough to manage without any issues. Its nonstick surface works beautifully; nothing I have ever made in this has stuck to the pan. Be sure to use a silicone, plastic or wooden utensil when working with this pan; it scratches easily. I purchased a hard plastic knife here on Amazon that was designed for use with these type of pans specifically and that has worked like a charm! I own several Caraway pieces, and have not once been disappointed in the performance, durability or workmanship. ... show more

Used in my Chef man air fryer for cooking salt port to cod filets. Fits perfect in the air fryer and non stick. After several weeks of use there is no indication of ware on the inside. Cooking high fat food like salt pork/bacon is much more efficient than the frying pan. Most of the fat will dissolve leaving mostly lean meat. Definitely worth the price. ... show more
