The media could not be loaded. I've had towers similar to this one, but I must say, this one is the best one yet. My cats are so happy. Likes: It's tall and sturdy, not too big, and it's perfect for even 4 cats! The color is nice (gray) and blends well in our living room, the material is good quality, and it was packed and delivered well also. Dislikes: The directions only give 1 picture to go by, no instructions, but it was still easy to put together. I learned that the 1 large bolt should be put on the side so it's not confused with the other shorter ones (had to take some pieces apart from accidentally doing that). There is only 1 small piece of fabric, with a screw, that can go in the wall for preventing it from falling over and that isn't very useful because it doesn't hold it from going sideways nor falling back. But since it's pretty sturdy, it stays put unless you have numerous heavy cats jumping on and off too quick. Everything else is awesome with this cat tour, and I highly recommend it. Although my cat hasn’t taken to his new kingdom, I am pleased with the product. I’ve seen some reviews say it’s wobbly and I am not seeing that here. I made sure all components were tight and snug so that it was built as best as it could be. Took exactly one hour to build and was very easy to follow the diagram. The scratching posts are well made and the carpet is very soft. Like I said he hasn’t taken to it yet but I know he will in his own time. I’m overall pleased with the product. My husband put this together in about 45 minutes. It is pretty and looks nice but my three older big cats wouldn’t touch it. I sold it to someone and their big cat loves it, so I think my cats are just too old. lol
