Style: Budget - Single-55lbs Plates
If you want a lot of bounce, these are not those plates. They provide minimal bounce but the rubber is firm and is way better than traditional metal plates if you drop them during deadlifts. I wouldn't use these for Olympic lifts. These are a great value at less than a dollar a pound (at my time of purchase, YMMV). Otherwise they have held up well, look good and serve their purpose.

For less than a dollar per pound, these are very good bumper plates. I checked on the scale and the weight is spot on. Can't speak to how they hold up for olympic lifting but for basic compound lifts (deadlift/bench/squat) they are great. The people complaining about the smell are being a bit sensitive, the smell is there but its just a rubber smell that wears off after a day or 2. Nothing you haven't smelt in a tire shop or sporting goods store before. Its not a "toxic chemical smell" like people complain. I got a pair of the 45s, 25s, and 10s. My one gripe would be that the 10s are a bit flimsy and aren't perfectly flat. But unless you are deadlifting with nothing but 10s on the bar for some reason.. its a non issue. The collar is a much nicer fit for the olympic bar than the metal cap plates as well. Wish I would have bought these initially instead of the cap steel plates. Best price for bumper plates online

Style: Better - Pair-25lbs Plates
I came across these on sale and read the reviews. I decided to go with the "better" 25lb bumper option over the "budget" as they were only a few dollars more than the "budget". The better option was still less than a dollar a lb and I got free shipping with prime. They arrived in about 5 days in good packaging. These exceeded my expectations. Very sturdy. Both weighed exactly 24.95 lbs according to my scale. Now I saw some people complaining about the smell. This is ridiculous to me and must be from people who've never bought rubber plates or rubber dumbbells before. They ALL have this smell, no matter what brand you purchase. It's just gas escapping from production process and will be noticeably better after a few days and will be completely gone after a couple weeks. If your rubber coated plates or dumbbells didn't smell when you bought them it's because they sat in a warehouse unpackaged and the gases dissipated there instead of in your garage. Bottom line. There isn't a better value out there on bumpers for a home gym.

Style: Budget - Single-55lbs Plates
These are an unbeatable value, especially since Covid made workout equipment pricing go crazy. I was able to buy 2x 55lb bumper plates for less than anything on the used market. Arrived well packaged, although I wasn't very worried about these getting damaged considering the intended use. The work great with both of my Olympic barbells (one cheap Cap unit and a nice powerlifting bar) and have a solid feel when setting them down with little bounce. I'm not usually someone who drops weights, but these seem like they are pretty bullet-proof under normal 'controlled' decent after power cleans or Pendlay rows. Very happy customer!

Recently got an axle bar needed some Olympic plates. Saw these thought I’d give them a try. They are amazing and they smell like an auto parts store. Check the delivery date the heavier ones take like a month to arrive.

There's a lot of pros to these bumper plates: 1) well packaged 2) great machining of metal center plate 3) per my scale, both plates each weighed 45.2 lbs, which is ~90grams over 45 lbs, so basically within 0.44% weight tolerance. It's not a calibrated plate but at least it weighs higher and not lower than 20.4 kg. 4) Does not come covered with the yellow oily substance found on other rubber plates 5) it's not as thick as other lower quality bumper plates, so there's potential to stack more plates on your 20kg bar if you can handle that type of weight 6) bang for buck = at $49.73, it only costs $1.11/lb Cons: 1) my only gripe is that it only comes in black.

Was looking for cheap bumper plates for 2nd area in my home gym (Not for bench ,squat ,Deadlifting) Got 6 of the budget 45s for $40 each. They are a great value!! These are not competition bumpers. Competiton bumpers cost over 3.5 times this price. They are very similar to your average big box gym bumper. They are great for working out, but if you compete or want to compete in powerlifting or weightlifting you may not want to use them for snatch , clean and jerk or deadlifting. The plate diameter is 455 mm. The IWF/IPF standard is 450 mm. They are also bouncier than competition bumpers and a little bouncier than your average gym bumpers. Neither of these are an issue for me, so this is just good cheap weight.
