Good quality and value for the cost compared to high end workout dumbbells. I typically buy only Valor equipment which is great quality but double the cost so I was hesitant to try a cheaper piece of equipment. However, I've used these 45lb dumbbells for a few months now and so far they are holding up to the high end hexagonal dumbbells that I have. Good grip and they arrived in good condition.
