It was my 5 foot 4 inch weight 129 as you see I am slim so if you are bigger you need two. It does slide around and firm well made. I use it for my workouts I have a bad back.

I am so impressed with the thickness of this mat, the stitching and quality of the material is really good. I wanted a mat for my home gym for doing exercises on and not feeling like I am on the hardness of the floor. I got this one over the lockable black squares because of the thickness, way better idea! I love these exercise mats. They are 2 inch thick and super comfortable. I have had knee replacement and I can kneel on these mats without pain. I have plenty of room to exercise and they also fold up for easy storage.
