Make sure you actually look at the product size specifications because I didn’t realize it would be the size of a yoga mat. Quality is good and has plenty of support. I teach dance and the kiddos love to try new hip hop techniques on it and say that they like how it’s both firm but soft so they don’t feel like they will get hurt trying new tricks. I actually got this to put in my dog's crate. It's super sturdy and comfortable! My dog hates sturdy and comfort though, so she ripped it up. So in conclusion: great exercise mat, terrible crate mat for anxious dogs.

I used this mat for workouts at home and was pleasantly surprised how thick the mat is! It protected my spine from the hardwood floor and I could work out without pain. It's ability to fold into thirds and lightweight allowed for easy storage under the couch. I also used it as a stepping stone for my small dog to jump up onto the couch.
