I bought two of these as an affordable option to have better dumbbells up to 55lbs. I have another brand of adjustable weights that only go to 25lbs. These are so much better. The easy weight change mechanism is quick and easy. They feel so much more solid than my other low cost set and they don't move and rattle excessively when I lift them. Because these go from 10 to 55 lbs with 5 lbs increments they are somewhat large/bulky, which is a little annoying. Also as everyone mentioned the plastic base could be better. Its not bad but will be a problem if they break. Overall though, for the price these appear to be well worth it. They may not be for a professional body builder, but for my at home gym I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again. ... show more

There's not a whole lot to review when it comes to weights. These are pretty accurate on the weight specs, they're easy to adjust, and I have had no issues at all with construction quality. I have a friend who is a little rougher on weights than I am and these have withstood his abuse so it's a 5 star in my book. ... show more

Simplistic and goes from 10-55lbs. Turn the grip and it changed by 5. I bought two because who works out with 1 dumbell? Been in use for about three weeks and I prefer these over some gym membership. Average, for the first year of a gym membership you'll spend over 300 with initial fees. With 2 dumbbells for 200 bucks it works itself out in less than a year and you don't need fancy machines and such. Also use gym workout apps if you need ideas or new ideas. I have two different sets of these, they are great when you're short on time but still want to get a quick workout in without having to drive across town to the gym. The stands feel cheap, but i honestly haven't had any issues with them yet. Overall great product at a great price.

Garbage. Both broke after two months of infrequent use. And they were not abused. The plastic brittle components gave way and cracked off, no longer binding the weights securely. Dangerous. Don’t spend your money on these unless you want to make your dentist rich.

These are maybe not quite as nice feel as more expensive brands, but they function fine and at about half the cost I have no regrets. Only things I would change is the finish on the weights themselves could be smoother, and the weights should be octagon shaped or something to prevent rolling.
