These are great. I was a little worried about buying the slightly less expensive brand in case they were wobbly, but these are super stable. They also are flat at the bottom so they don’t roll. You can change the weight very quickly. They’re pretty long though so that takes some getting used to, but it’s much better than buying a bunch of other weights. They’re also super sturdy! I bought two - one was in the manufacture’s packaging but the other was clearly a return and was packaged so terribly I almost hurt myself getting it out. When I saw the way the customer has packaged it, I thought for sure it would be broken but it’s completely fine! Super happy with the purchase.

Very impressed!!! I have been looking at adjustable dumbbells for awhile but never ready to pull the trigger. I got two 25 lbs dumbbells and am VERY happy with them so far. I just got them yesterday and haven't done a full workout(just some chest flyes and bicep curls) Very easy to use and understand. Just twist the handle to increase or decrease the weight. It's a quick and smooth operation. I paired these with a Vusign weight bench(49.99) and am very pleased. There are so many exercises you can do with a dumbbell(or two). Looking forward to spending less time trekking to the gym!!

I purchased the CAP adjustable dumbbells to save space in my home gym, and overall, I’m very satisfied with the product. The build quality is solid — they have a great feel in hand and definitely don’t look or feel cheap. The ability to switch between different weights is a major plus, though it does take a little getting used to. You can only adjust the weights while the dumbbells are seated in their rack, and on occasion, the plates may shift or knock loose if you’re not aligned just right. That said, it’s a minor inconvenience and improves with familiarity.

Have been using 2 months… so far so good. They feel sturdy and have the ability to adjust weight easily. Some things that are bothersome sometimes is the weights will pinch the rack they come with and sometimes lift the rack, only becomes bothersome when you have heavy weight on in the middle of your workout and your trying to knock it off with both dumbbells in your hands. I didn’t think it was worth knocking a star for. They transition from weight to weight easily and have been using these as my daily dumbbells for the last 2 months, I usually wouldn’t have time to go to a gym but this allows me to have an hour and half to get in a really solid lift without the need of gym equipment. Pair them with an adjustable bench and you’ll have gym quality workouts at home when you need them. The grips are plastic which sometimes get a little slick as you get deeper into your routine but if you keep a towel close by to dry your hands you should be fine, I keep wondering if I should have spent more on the other better grip version but these ones seem to be working well, I have peaked in terms of a lot of workouts and need higher weight dumbbells for press squats and deadlifts, but if your just starting out or trying to get back into lifting and exercise again these are a terrific bargain and great quality for the price. Definitely would recommend, would love to see a set with higher weights that are adjustable something from 65-95lbs would be awesome to see.

The handle has a good grip, even with sweaty palms, and the compact design fits neatly in my home gym space, saving me the hassle of storing multiple dumbbells.
