If you own a Traeger grill, you know the importance of keeping it clean to maintain performance and flavor. After trying a variety of grill cleaners, I decided to give the Traeger Grill Cleaner a shot and overall, it didn’t disappoint. Right out of the box, the bottle has a clean, professional design and a secure spray nozzle. The cleaner is advertised as non-toxic, biodegradable, and food-safe, which was a big plus for me. I appreciate using something that’s not packed with harsh chemicals especially on a grill that cooks my food. I used the cleaner on both the inside and outside of my Traeger Pro 575. It worked surprisingly well on light to moderate grease and smoke residue. I sprayed it on, let it sit for about 5–10 minutes, and wiped it off with a damp cloth. Most of the gunk came off easily. For more stubborn, baked-on spots, I needed to do a second application and scrub a bit harder, but that’s expected. The cleaner doesn’t have an overpowering scent just a light, neutral smell and it left no residue behind. It also worked well on the stainless steel shelves and the grease trap. ... show more

This cleaner works amazingly for being food safe and no chemicals! No smell that I can notice. Spray on and let it soak, you will see the suds start to work and pull the grease and grime off. It’s safe where if you missed cleaning it all off, it won’t harm you.

I’ve been using the Traeger BAC679 Grill Cleaner Spray for a few weeks now, and it really impressed me. It cuts through grease and buildup without needing a ton of scrubbing. I use it on both the grates and the interior of my Traeger, and it leaves everything looking almost like new.

The product is pricy and not cleaned the smoker well. I used it to clean up the grill grate but still left with grease. I don't have issue on the bottle/spray head but it doesn't provide the grease-removal ability as advertised.
