I've been looking for nearly a year now for a set of plates that are similar to these, but in the midst of the pandemic, weight lifting equipment is hard to find. Let me break down my experience so far so you can make an informed choice about this product from this company. The Product: So far I've only received the 45s from my order of a variety of plates. They are an accurate weight and are sold just as advertised. The white paint of the 'CAP' letters does rub off easily - after the first contact with a secondary plate there is already smudging. I'm more interested in functionality than aesthetic so I'm not worried about this, but it is something worth noting. The plate handles are some what rough cut with a few slightly jagged edges still found in some nooks/crannys of the hand holds, but for me, none are in a place where I'm worried about it catching or cutting my hand while using them for non-bar exercises OR while placing/removing from the bar. Until I had to reach out to their customer service, I would've rated the product a 4-star. Customer Service: Several of my parcels were sent without enough postage which currently is looking to cost me an additional 50% on top of what I've already paid for the product and to ship it out to me at the time of purchase. Even though their website does have a banner that indicates it is under construction, it still looks nice and is functional. Upon calling their 800 number you are presented with 9 different extensions - one that'll take you directly to an operator. After several hours of periodic calling (initially calling back-to-back to try different extensions that could apply to my issue), I have not once come in contact with a human. In fact, there isn't even a queue on the phone for you to wait for an available person - instead it just sends you to a voicemail inbox that is entirely full so you can't even leave a message. I submitted a ticket through Amazon as well as through their personal website and haven't gotten so much as confirmation that they've seen my issue. Since this is a third party seller, all Amazon customer service can do is try and reach out to them as well. Prior to this customer service experience, I would've given the product a 4-star with the four total pieces I've been able to see so far. I should have many more coming, but potentially at a relative substantial additional expense to me that was not accounted for while checking out. As a result, I feel this product deserves no more than 3 stars unless there is some sort of compensation for their shipping error. CAP Barbell - if you read this review, please clean out your customer support inbox and consider placing a little more attention to your customer service.

They are good quality CAP Barbell plates that are way overpriced. Look at Wal-Mart's website for in store pickup for much more reasonable pricing.

So far I've bought several different weight sizes of these. Good quality for the money. The packaging on the heavier ones is usually pretty beat up but the weights have been fine.

Great plates for lifting. They slide on the olympic bar just fine and the built in handles are great for lifting them by themselves.

Been waiting forever to add some new plates, since everything has been sold out. It is exactly what I wanted and is exactly what was purchased. I order 5 pound metal plates, no issues.
