We gave two of these frames for Christmas gifts-in the same house. Setup was pretty easy if you followed the directions. Picture quality is excellent! This frame was a touch screen and was not too sensitive. The app that this frame uses made it easy to set up both frames. We named one for each grandparent and were able to add pictures to each at the same time. I was very pleased with the 16GB of storage. The frame DOES need wi-fi to be able to add pictures, however the frame will still show the pictures already loaded without wi-fi (as our grandparents do not have wi-fi--so we preloaded them). We have 8 or 9 users on each frame, so the whole family can send pics! The grandparents are in love with this gift!

I got this for my mom. She absolutely loves this frame. Simple to use and looks great. The picture quality is very nice, and the app is very easy to use as well. The family has the app and has been uploading pictures since Christmas. The frame can hold quite a bit. Only area for improvement is the number of pictures that can be uploaded at once. It only allows 10 pictures at a time.

This frame was easy to set up and use. It shows the pictures beautifully and easily. I think that it is a great quality and it's very customizable with settings and features. I will most likely buy others from this brand again to have all over the house! It's a great product. I wish the power cable was a bit longer though, or that it would be battery powered without having to be plugged in. But other than that it's a good product!

I purchased this as a gift for my Mom and it is great. Very easy to add pictures and eliminate the need for tons of photo frames on the wall and clear out photos from phone. I would give it 5 stars but only giving it 4 because I wish there were more cropping options on the frame to adjust the picture size.

This is a great frame for this price point. We have a different frame from a different brand that is much more expensive. The overall size of this frame is great. The features are wonderful. The only benefit to the other more expensive frame is the ability to manage the pictures (album) online … in the cloud. This frame requires use of internal memory and managing photos is only done locally on the frame. Not terrible, and debatable if that feature is worth the significantly more expensive product. Enjoyed this frame so much, bought a second one as a gift for a family member.

this was a total waste of money!!!! If you're just getting videos and pictures from a cell phone okay yeah that would be fine and it works okay for that but if you want keep videos like a wedding film for example it will not work most wedding films are 24 frames a second they require you to have 30 frames per second which is ridiculous. I mean why can't they just have it to where it just plays the film no matter how long it is as long as it fits within the space that they have so in my opinion this is a huge thumbs down if I want to pay money for a picture frame I expected to play any video file that I want to put on there no matter how long it is.. It also put restrictions on how long the video is which I think is ridiculous. Can someone please recommend a better one than this

Bought for siblings, uploaded all old family pictures to share, the wifi is so fast, quality good, I got not the largest so flaws in old pictures not as evident. If you pre edit your pictures they will fit the fact that you will leave the fame either vert or horizontal. If you buy and share with the SD card, they can move the pictures more easily. Reasonable cost, hope it lasts, it's a hit for sure.
