It came in the original packaging with a battery, charger, and the camera itself. It’s like no one ever even opened the box, and I love it!! The camera quality is pristine, it’s as if you don’t even have to apply filters to your photos Because they come out beautiful. The photos come out with excellent quality, indoors and outdoors. Some other comments, I read, stated that the flash didn’t work on their end. However, on my camera, so far so good . Every button and mode seem to function properly. The camera even seems to focus very quickly. I literally just have to point and shoot at anything and the focus never blurs my photos. You can download the Canon app on your phone, and the photos quickly are sent from the camera to your phone. Overall, I recommend buying from the seller

I purchased this camera in February 2024. While taking a photo, the flash made a loud firecracker sound and never worked again. I contacted the seller and he told me that I need to contact the manufacturer to have it repaired as the warranty of 90 days has expired. I sent the camera back to Canon and they told me that this model I submitted to them for repair was not intended for sale in the United States. Therefore, they will not repair the camera. Prior to sending it to Canon, I brought it to a camera repair shop and was told it cannot be fixed. To get a replacement of a similar model through Canon’s upgrade program it is $501.85. I just want to warn anyone purchasing a camera from this seller about my experience with this refurbished camera. Amazon customer service was not very helpful either. It was definitely a lesson learned to never buy a refurbished camera from this seller on Amazon and I hope to save someone from having the same experience as I did.

I’ve been wanting this camera for quite some time, so I finally bought it as an early Christmas gift to myself (I purchased it in November). A few important things to keep in mind: this camera is refurbished, not brand new. I chose the one listed as excellent quality, and you do have the option to purchase a warranty. The camera comes with everything necessary to get started: a battery, a battery charger, and a fairly large camera bag. As for the battery, it holds up well; I took it to Disneyland for a full day and it lasted all day with charge still left. For the price, though, I do wish it came with an extra battery or at least an SD card included. I’ve had the camera for about a month now and have used it in many different situations, indoors, outdoors, cloudy weather, and at night. Once you find the right settings, the quality is amazing. It also has its own app, which is super helpful because you don’t need to remove the SD card; you can download photos directly to your phone through the app. Also super portable!! The biggest flaw with my camera (and I say my because not everyone may experience this) is that the internal battery seems to be messed up. It doesn’t hold the time and date once the main battery is removed, so I have to manually reset it every time I take the battery out to charge. That’s definitely the most frustrating issue I’ve had. Other than that, the camera is basically perfect, no dents, and only one super tiny scratch on the screen. You can barely even tell; I just have an eye for small details. The price of this camera is obviously pretty high due to demand. I’d recommend buying from a seller who offers extras with the camera and always making sure to check the condition before purchasing. If they throw in a tripod, SD card, case, extra battery, or anything else to sweeten the deal, I’d say go for it as long as it’s under $1.6k. You are able to purchase a warranty, which I initially did. However, I ended up returning it because it only covered so much. I bought the 3-year warranty, but from what I’ve read, I’d actually recommend the monthly warranty instead since it seems to cover a bit more. Look below for photos taken with the camera and my beautiful friend for being the subject of my shenanigans! The quality is amazing once again; the Disney photos absolutely ate the house down. The last photo is the best example of the quality: the subject is nice and sharp with a beautiful blur in the background. <3

Obsessed! Best purchase I’ve ever made. Once you get the setting down your pics will look amazing. I still haven’t figured out the video recording settings, but the photos alone was worth the investment
