Pre-ordered this and it actually came in a day early. The artwork looks amazing. The movie itself isn't the best but it's definitely not as bad as some people make it out to be.The visual and audio of this release are great. Edit: The digital copy included only redeems at Vudu.

    • Once again Vestron doesn't bother to acquire the 5.1 surround audio from the DVD
Vestron is doing a nice job of bringing horror flicks that are in less demand but still on the wish lists of plenty of collectors to HD on blu-ray. Unfortunately, while they're giving the video presentation of these movies an upgrade to complement modern technology, they keep downgrading the audio tracks so we don't get full surround sound that was available on the DVD releases! Candyman Day of the Dead looks great and has quite a few more extras than the DVD, but unfortunately the only audio option is a 2.0 stereo track. Very disappointing, especially considering the 5.1 track on the dvd is quite good. ... show more
