Oh my goodness... these candles are pretty. I cannot believe the price on these! Everyone needs to be gifted this candle! The box they came in make these perfect for gifting. Or separately these look so nice in the little container, they could be gifted individually as well. The scent says lavender for one and rose for the other. The lavender scent I am burning as I type this, it smells very fragrant and like a nice lavender. I have not burned the rose scent, but I kind of feel it smells like a mixture of flowers, not a strong rose. But either way, it smells nice. It looks nice. The price is nice! I need more! And, I most definitely will be reusing the jars these came in. They are smooth to touch, nice to look at and do not have any branding on the outside or top which makes this even more perfect for upcycling! Yay!

As soon as you open the shipping package, you can smell the sweet scent of these little candles. The box is beautifully printed, there is a leaflet of instructions, and the candle designs are pretty. The rose candle is in the more contemporary designed tin, and the lavender is in the other tin. Each candle is about 2-3/8 inches across. I think these are very well-priced for such nice candles that are so well-packaged. The label on the bottom of the lavender candle says magnolia but it is clearly lavender. The leaflet says the raw materials of the candle are pure natural aromatherapy essential oils and waxes. The Amazon description says the candles last approximately 15 hours. These would make a nice gift for yourself or anyone. (Hey, men like lavender scents! And isn't rose an aphrodisiac? IDEK.)

Looking at these in the picture, I thought each candle would be bigger. But they do come in a very nice gift box, and although the candle "holders" are metal and not glass, the scents of each are different, but very pleasing. I like the designs on the candle bases. Kinda groovy but definitely colorful and fun. I think they'd make nice stocking stuffers/minor holiday gifts for your mom or girlfriend. I'm giving these to my mom for Valentine's Day. We don't do huge gifts on that day. Just some candy and a little something, so these work well. She loves candles. I wouldn't give them to young kids, because these are small and might be forgotten and left burning somewhere. But should be great for adults. Nice gift for music teachers/female coaches, etc. or just someone you want to do something for by giving them a little goody. Wrappable but also nice graphics on the box so you don't have to put other paper over it if you don't want to. I'd be happy to get this as a gift.

This is a nice 2 piece candle gift set. They come in an attractive matching box and are very pretty. The scents are okay, nothing too strong. The soy candles burn clean. This would make a nice gift for candle lovers. The tins are reusable so that is a nice touch.

These candles will definitely make a great gift. They arrived, packed well, in a beautiful gift box. They are small, but come in jars with beautiful patterns - I will find another use for them when the candles have fully burned. The smell is ok. The rose one smells a little "soapy" to me while the lavender smell is too mild. (I haven't burned them yet to see if the smell gets stronger when they burn.) Definitely a great price for these lovely candles!

These candles are really nice. There are two in the set and they smell really good. The set of two come inside a carboard box with a pretty design and are they held in place inside with cut out styrofoam, so the little tins are very secure. The tins that the candles are in are very cute with rounded bottoms and colorful designs on each with matching lids. The candle scents are nice and strong enough but not overpowering. the wicks are good. Overall a very nice and pretty scented candle set that would make a really nice gift.

I got these to give as a gift. I personally am not a fan of rose but I love lavender. The tins are attractive making them nice gifts. The lids are nice to put out the flame rather than to blow wax everywhere. For the price these are worth the purchase.
