I've always enjoyed a good candle, one that had a good fragrance and would engulf the room when you walk in. Sad to say, both of the Candle-Lite candles I bought DID NOT deliver! (Let me state, I am not paid for this review in any way!) I found one cinnamon candle from the big box store that was great, but naturally it was never to be found again. Talking with a friend, she gave me a candle from Village Candle which was outstanding! It became my benchmark. I tried a couple other candles from Amazon that were OK, still not as good as Village Candle, (see why I said I'm not a paid endorsement), but not bad enough to complain. Back to Candle lite... Other reviews said these were good, and since they were less expensive, thought I'd give em' a try. Very very weak scent, not enough to fill the room! And I should mention, I'm in a 15' x 10' room! The candle doesn't burn all the way like the Village Candle but rather burns down leaving a wax build up on the sides of the glass. The wick needs maintenance and doesn't burn clean. I had to keep cutting it down then it would still give off black soot. Overall, I can't give these a positive review at all! ... show more
