Bought this Unit June 25th, said it was suppose to be delivered on July 6th. Never arrived, we contacted support and they reassured us the package wasn’t lost, it was just running late. They gave us no update on the unit via tracking, I’ve talked to Hero Kiddo, and Amazon and both are blaming eachother with no idea where or when our package was going to arrive, but wanted to charge my card for over 2,000$. Quick to take the money, but not quick to send my product. Neither Hero Kiddo nor Amazon was any help locating my product, just kept telling me it “wasn’t lost” and then 1 day before the new delivery date July 16th, I magically get a notification that it “May be lost” after the item was marked as Sold out. Crazy how that works. You take our money and al log a sudden it’s sold out. Then all of a sudden have THE BLOWER DELIVERED to my house on delivery date but still have no idea where the waterslide is when contacting support. My take is they sold the unit without having the product, took my money, and thought they could just send just the blower. Now I have to go out of my way 30 mins to take the blower to UPS and I have to print out a label for an item I never even received and was told 5 times it was on the way.     • Racing Slide is Overall a Blast that Lasts

We have the 15’ racing slide that’s blue, green, and yellow with two palm trees on the top. I bought this slide when there were no reviews; but some of the other slides that the company sold did have good reviews, so I took a chance. We are overall very pleased. We have been playing with our slide since April and have probably used it half a dozen times so far. It’s now June and I can see this being put up every sunny day for the remainder of summer. I was looking for a slide that was more robust as I have an older child who will be sliding and is the size of a young adult. He has special needs and we needed something that could put up with some abuse. This slide seems to be able to handle even larger adults with ease (but DOES need those tie downs anchored) and little kids no problem. We have enjoyed it thoroughly. I have only taken away one star because I think it would be perfect if the following improvements were made: • Draining the pool - have to deflate and sort of stand on one of the sides to help all of the water get out. This works, but I’m sure there’s a more efficient way to drain the splash area. • Attaching the hose to the sprinklers - I am of average height and if the slide is already inflated, it is too high for me to connect my hose to the slide’s water connection. It’s best to have the hose be attached before you inflate; which is fine in and of itself; but if you want to fill the splash pool quickly, it’s easier to do with the slide already inflated and the hose directly in the pool than with it connected to the sprinklers; and though possible, it’s not convenient to inflate the slide, fill the pool, deflate the slide a bit so that the pool doesn’t deflate but I can quickly attach the hose to the slide sprinklers, and then re-inflate the slide lickety-split before losing any water. This would be easily fixed with a connection point that hung down a bit more on the side of the slide. Not a deal breaker, and it’s possible to find a solution, but still annoying. • the splash pool is good, but the bottom is essentially just a thin tarp and we can feel any little bump underneath. We do a good job tidying up from the tree debris in our yard (we have a sweet gum) before we fill up the pool, but even still it can make for a hard landing for kiddos especially if the pool isn’t finished filling with water. My plan is to get some of those foam exercise tiles to place underneath to add some cushion as a workaround. Finally: all the kids love it. Neighbors come knocking when they see it’s inflated. You will be a popular house on your street. Even when it’s only a little bit warm and sunny your kids will be asking to play on it.
