I've been using this for a week to help with lumbar support while I work. I have multiple bulged discs in my neck, so while it doesn't seem relevant, keeping my back straight helps to keep my neck and head in a safe position for work. The brace is very comfortable and it has additional straps to cinch the waist tighter once you engage the main Velcro strap. This is the first back brace I've purchase and/or worn so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I am so pleased with the Camrier Advanced Back Brace. The material is durable and the strips are incredibly sturdy. I do a lot of standing at work but slightly leaning forward over a work surface. This will help the fatigue I always feel after a long day. The brace is easy to put on and I like that I can adjust the tension as needed. It has both aluminum, and stiff plastic inserts, so you can change the rigidity. Also has 2 different pads that you can stick on the inside, for extra lumbar support.
