This works well for the master bath. It heats water quickly, so I no longer run out of hot water when taking a shower. Hubby was able to install it himself, but he has plumbing and electrician experience.

This “ETL Certified” tankless, on-demand, hot water heater was installed easily and functions perfectly. Currently I am running two kitchens, the laundry room and two half baths from this single water heater. While it is normal to feel a few seconds of fluctuation when an additional appliance goes on or off, we have no problem doing dishes while running the washing machine. It seems like any combination of hot water usage from the different areas of the house is small work for this machine. With the help of an electrician friend I wired my own because we are allowed to do that where I live, and I would absolutely recommend hiring a professional because I would not have known what I was doing without professional advice.
