I had some issues with this Unit when I first purchased it, I took the issue directly to the supplier. The main issue was the distribution of the heat on the griddle was only in the center of the plate which was a concern for me. Aside from that, because it's a two burner, the plate couldn't handle the heat too much that it started to warp due to the heat. Anyway to make the long story short, they went ahead and sent me a new unit. I haven't opened the package yet but per their email, I shouldn't have any problem with it anymore. All I can say is, when it comes to Customer Service, they do take care of the problem and they make sure that the customer is happy. So I'm hoping to have a better experience when I use this unit sometime soon. ... show more

First off I'd like to say this is a good product overall. The material is good quality, but a little on the cheaper side for the base. (flimsy metal) I've owned this for a couple weeks now so time will tell. The grill itself works great! The downside to it is that it has already warped in the middle due to the heat. Its created small area directly in the metal so any liquids etc will puddle up in the middle instead of being evenly distributed and scraped off into the grease pocket. Another issue is the grease catch is way too small. It definitely needs to be bigger regardless of this being a (portable) flat top grill. Everything that I have cooked on it so far has been great so no complaints. The downfall is cheap quality parts. I recommend this for beginner users but I don't recommend this over a blackstone brand. I could have just received a crappy flat top but it shouldn't warp over a few uses. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The screws didn’t fit the holes so some of the legs are loose then the pole for the tires didn’t. Fit so I had to drill bigger hole ! This experience was horrible to put togther when nothing fits I need this for an event so I tried my best to work with it ! I would send it back but it would be even more work to put it back in the box !! ... show more

When I purchased this grill I was skeptical because it was cheaper than other grills. We needed something small because we have a small deck and could not fit a big one. If you are cooking for 2-4 people it is fine. You will have to cook in batches if you are making multiple dishes. It is easy to clean and we love the compact size.
