Got the tent for my kiddos when we camping or just even out fishing on the hot days. Very easy to set up just give it a toss and steak it to the ground. It big enough for my three little ones and one adult or two adults and my two you hear ones. If keep stuff off the sides then nothing gets wet when it rains just like any other tent. Seems to be pretty strongly made and durable. Could be a little easier to fold back up but for the price and what I use it for it is perfect don’t take up much room in my jeep or car, and can hook it to my back pack when hiking and it don’t interfiere with my getting around. Hold up in the winds and don’t get to hot in the heat. Good tent for little over night or weekend trips or to use as a shade shelter while fishing or even to keep kids out of the way of the mosquitoes ... show more

    • Not for rain. Nice when nice out.
This was nice when the weather was nice. Then it wasn't. We even put a 10x10 canopy over top of the tent and a tarp underneath. Leaks terribly. 3 stars because I liked it when it wasn't raining. However, if I took out the nice weather and judged solely on the make of the tent (water resistance, durability, etc) Water resistance 1/5 Easy assemble 5/5 Tear down time 5/5 (watch the video in YouTube) Ventilation 3/5 would be nice to have an actual cover for it so you could have a vent at the roof. ... show more

It's a great tent. It's longer than wider so it fits a few more places. It does pop out and it's ready to go. It's not the easiest to fold back down but there are a couple YouTube videos out there to watch over and over again. The instructions don't help. Haven't had it out in a down pour yet, so the water resistant feature cant be verified. ... show more

    • The closing of this tent just about caused me to get a divorce!
Though we haven’t used the tent yet, I will give it 4 stars, we took out out of the bag and that process was easy, looks like it’s got plenty of room, now putting it away, was not so good. He said help me do this, I knew it was going to be bad but I never dreamed it would be that bad!!! I kept saying , let me watch a video online, finally I just walked away watched a video and showed him and first try , HOT DAM ! Got it! Thank goodness because I was done hearing him yell! Kind of like when you used to hold the flashlight for your dad when he was working on a car!!!! ... show more

I just took this on a back packing trip. Getting out to my camp sight 2 miles in I was excited to have this instant pop tent. Was able to jump into it before it started to rain. In the photo advertising for this product it says storm proof. Well that only means it will keep standing. Woke up soaked with a lot of water poring onto my face from the roof of the tent. If this wasn’t the end of the problems. Trying to put it away at the end of this wet weekend, putting it away was almost impossible. And almost threw it into the fire pit! This is great tent with a superb zipper! But the only thing that's kind of difficult is folding the dang thing back up. That's a little difficult

    • Not waterproof!
I took this camping in June and they’re just so happened to be a brief rain storm, and the inside of my tent was completely soaked. You can’t stand up in the tent and it is difficult to get your air mattress into but it pops up really easy. I think it’s really difficult to put away.

    • Such a perfect tent for kids/tweens
Easy to set up, just open and pop! My 12 year old loved having his own space while camping. Very roomy and fit his twin air mattress, bags, and more with no problem. Folding it back together just takes practice. Watch the videos rather than follow the written instructions makes it easier.
