Seriously packed with great goodies for any Coach or athlete who does soccer, baseball and ESPECIALLY track and field. As you may know, from other reviews I’ve shared, I coach track and field with my husband (pole vault! 💪😎) and this set is gonna help us a lot. A LOT. WHY am I so enthusiastically describing this set? ➡️Find out with the deep dive 🎥video🎥 I’ve attached. You get to see it all! And to recap highlights from that reel: ➡️This includes an awesome agility ladder, that just about any Coach or athlete can use to train. I also included a shot of the agility ladder, as well as the ring hooks that are the four end corners of the agility ladder. ➡️they also give you for braces to anchor this in the ground AND this also includes a nice drawstring cord sack to carry the agility ladder ➡️10 soccer cones and holder. Of course these are great for soccer. But also for other coaches and sports…ie., when you’re in track and field, these cones can be used as markers, for high jump pits and pole vault pits, to mark where your athletes’ initial takeoff points are. Or you can put them where their step mark next to the pole vault runway (near the box where they plant). ➡️five resistance bands, offering strength training from 10-50 pounds ➡️a jump rope, so you can have the athletes who are waiting to talk to you do some jump rope while waiting. OR of course to add to your training as an athlete. ➡️a soccer or football ball kicking training device, which is awesome. As you may know, you wrap this around a soccer or football ball, to help athletes solo practice kicking. But! You can also be fancy-schmancy and suspend this kicking device from a pole vault bungee. Then have your vaulters engage in trail leg drills, by trying to kick a suspended soccer ball with their trail leg. 💪😎 ➡️a resistance parachute, with a release. Also has a really nice case for it ➡️A nice moisture resistant lightweight nylon tote bag, that fits ALL TEN items. The amount of training equipment received in this compared to the price is incredible. There is so much and it’s all packed into a nice carrying bag. It seemed like it was a bottomless bag when I first started unpacking. I got this originally for the soccer cones and the agility ladder. Everything else was a bonus. The running parachute has been the biggest hit with the young ones, providing hours of fun! I’m excited to use this at home for fun and on the field to get quicker feet. The jump rope is pretty good quality. I was surprised how many resistance bands are included! Great quality and great value. Included in this: carrying bag, 20 foot agility/footwork ladder (with stakes, a workout instruction manual, and its own pouch), 12 soccer cones (6 colors) with a carrier/stand, a football (aka soccer) kick trainer for self training, a 48 inch running parachute, jump rope, whistle, resistance bands, and another small carrying pouch for the little stuff.

I didn't have very high expectations for the low price of this set, but when it arrived I was initially shocked by the weight of the box. Much heavier than expected. Most of the equipment was sturdy. The only thing that felt a little cheap were the cones. They work fine, but are the same as the cheap, lightweight ones you can find on Amazon. What I was most impressed with was the ladder. I have previously purchased a ladder of a different brand and it was lightweight and difficult to set up. The ladder in this set has nice, weighted rungs with a fixed spacing. The weight of the ladder makes it easy to set up a make straight. I haven't had time to try out the parachute, but the material felt tough and overall quality made. Even if you are only in the market for a ladder, I'd recommend this set. You may just find one of the other items useful.

I got this for my 7 year old son. He is super athletic and loves all sports. He is currentlg in baseball and football. I got these because he actually enjoys doing this type of stuff. I would say this would even be good for older kids or even adults except for the parachute. I would think it may not last too long with someone of size and power running. I am not sure because I haven't tried it out, but for my small 50lb son, it works great. We haven't tried the bands out yet, but he has done everything else, and there hasn't been an issue. It has excersices and instructions to help with the drills, which was a nice add-on. I took the pics inside, but we didn't go out that day because it was raining and when we did I didn't think to take pictures, sorry.

I was looking for something that I could you as a complete kit for agility training. This solves it. It is complete in all and also for the uninitiated comes with a set of exercises on a printout that is included with the kit. The kit is manageable in size, and you can carry it with you either to the park in a car or have the set up in your back yard. Great Value for Money. Recommend it if you have budding athletes or fitness conscious folks.
