  • An inexpensive monopod, with feet
Size: Monopod Color: Blue MA65
I purchased the Moman monopod tripod for tripod base. At the time of purchase I already owned several tripods and two monopods with a rubber foot. I had been wanting a monopod with a tripod base and the Moman showed in my recommended and I pulled the trigger. I really like this monopod. The ease of use, lightweight and sturdiness make this my immediate grab anytime I go shoot video. I shoot sporting events a lot so I move around during events. Moving around a full tripod is cumbersome and the single footed monopod is fine, but this Moman unit provides the best of both worlds. The tripod base helps so much when using on uneven terrain. As an added bonus it includes a rubber foot if you choose to not use the tripod base. This monopod has been versatile enough for me that for most shoots I dont even carry my other tri or monopods. I do plan to purchase the Moman tripod fluid drag pan head to add to mine. I would recommend this unit to those who want an easy monopod to use and carry. ... show more

  • Flexibility, Compact & Light Weight in a Single Package
Size: Tripod Color: Black CA70
I was looking for both a tripod and monopod when I found this awesome package. It is a strong and light weight tripod that easily converts into a sturdy monopod. Extends higher than you'd ever really need and when folded up is incredibly compact and easy to carry in the included zippered and strapped case or attached to the tripod straps on my backpack. Love the 360 degree ball head on the top with easy to see level. Camera mount slide is strong and secures easily to the ball head. Overall, this is the perfect package that works great in the studio and even better when you have to go remote. It's more economical from a price standpoint as well when compared to purchasing both a separate tripod and monopod especially of this quality. Definitely recommend!! ... show more

  • Moman A222 Monopod Is A Great Value
Size: Monopod Color: Blue MA65
At this price point the Moman monopod is a a great value in my opinion. I’ve only had this monopod for a few days and have used it with my Sony A7III with a Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 lens and it handles it well. It does not include a tripod head, but you can attach any ball head, pan head or fluid head that has a 1/4 inch -20 or 3/8 inch thread as it includes a reversible 1/4 inch - 3/8 screw with the universal mounting plate. The build quality is good enough and for an aluminum monopod, I find it be very lightweight. I was pleasantly surprised by that. The ball joint at the base of the monopod works great allowing me to rotate and tilt it with extreme ease. I also like that they include a rubber buffer and metal spike (the spike works great for when shooting out on fields I.E. Soccer games). I’ve included photos of it at it’s minimum height of 18.5 inches and also a photo of it at it’s maximum height of 65 inches, which for me is more than enough. While it was sturdy enough to leave my camera on it by itself, I would not recommend leaving the camera on a monopod unattended. I am not crazy that it has five extensions, but I can work with it, however I do like how easy you can unlock the legs and get setup really quickly. The locks are dust sealed which is great for when shooting outdoors. It’s great for event photography or videography, helps stabilize your camera to get the shot really well. They advertise the maximum weight capacity as 22 pounds, but I would recommend using this with lighter setups. Overall, I am very pleased with this monopod I’ll give it a 4.5 stars, I like how lightweight and compact it is, perfect for traveling too. This is a great addition to my gear kit and I’ll be bringing this along everywhere. I’ll update my review if anything changes. ... show more

  • Great for Monopod for the money!
Size: Monopod Color: Blue MA65
I bought this as I often shoot video with a camera on a regular tripod and I wanted something light weight and easy to move around. So as I am filming with one camera I use this one to move around the shoot a lot for different views of the same action! This monopod allows me to move about easily without dragging a heavy and cumbersome tripod around and knocking into things on a small set but still affords me the ability to get a steady shot. I really like this monopod and see others complaining that it is not sturdy which I did not understand as it is not a regular tripod and I would not expect to put a camera on it and leave it sit by itself. Five stars for a good quality, light weight and dependable product. ... show more

  • Sturdy and functional
Size: Monopod Color: Blue MA65
This Monopod was better than expected. The actual monopod is made from very sturdy material and is very easy to use. The legs that support it lock in place so you do not have to worry about your camera crashing down - and you can adjust the tilt of the monopod using the red screw on the leg attachment. I wish the legs provided greater stability, especially on slightly uneven surfaces. It adjusts to any height you could ever need. I have used it as a monopod on hiking adventures. You can attach a GoPro and use it as an extended selfie stick. It's not nearly as light as a Black Diamond trekking pole, but you can remove the legs and replace them with a hiking pole tip that is included and this will reduce weight. I expect it to last a very long time. ... show more

  • Fairly easy to use and light weight.
Size: Monopod Color: Blue MA65
My only complaint is that the attachment point for a camera is flimsy, and it is easy to unscrew the camera support pad by accident when trying to attach the camera. I found that it was better to spin the camera on the screw than to turn the support pad. Not the best arrangement.

  • Well made and sturdy while lightweight
Size: Monopod Color: Blue MA65
The monopod came very quickly and was just as advertised. I took the advice of some reviewers and switch the tripod base for the camera mount to put the heavier end of the monopod down. Easy to do and works great. Lightweight enough to tuck under the strap of my backpack and the neoprene cover keeps it from slipping through. I like the adjustable angle which works well for slightly uneven ground. Large knobs at each section are easy to grip and loosen. Good value purchase! ... show more

  • Great product.
Size: Monopod Color: Blue MA65
Used this to take over 1000 pictures (with 3 different background set ups) for the school I work for. The only down side is that the foot unscrewed several times as I turned from scene to scene and I had to put it back on a few times. That said, it made my job much easier and saved my hand from holding on to the camera the whole time. ... show more
