No instructions are included, but its obvious which lens is for which. I like that they were packaged in a row synonymously with how they should be placed on the headset. It comes with an alcohol and dry wipe to clean the lenses before putting the protectors on. It took me like a whole 1 minute from package opening, to putting the lenses on. Putting the lenses on by itself took like 10 seconds. Most of the time was used opening the alcohol/dry wipes and cleaning the lenses.

These lens protectors are very clear with some sort of adhesive on the back. It's not a very strong adhesive, and it sticks onto the glass surface of the lens. Honestly, I'm a bit disappointed by this, because I was hoping the protector would cover the camera bump similar to the lens protectors for phones. I'd also like a stronger adhesive that sticks to the plastic face plate instead of the glass lens. I don't see any dark shadows after installing the protectors, so the frame doesn't interfere with the cameras. Since the cameras on the Quest 3 are so grainy, these won't degrade the image quality. These work okay, and should protect the lens from minor bumps. If you hit the protectors hard enough, I'm sure you'll knock them loose. I was going to give it 3 stars, but I'm careful with my toys, and these are just an insurance policy. If you have kids or are hard on your Quest, then you should look for something more sturdy.

These are thin but strong, and provide nice protection. Easy to apply, and they don't interfere with the functionality of the headset. Just pat attention, the center camera is different, so make sure you're applying the correct one.

As you can see, these added lens protectors are hardly noticeable. They add a nice amount of protection and have a nice silver bezel. I definitely recommend these if you want some added protection for your Quest 3 camera lenses.

These are nice lens protectors for Quest 3 that look good, fit perfectly, and simply do the job. It's nice, they come with a wet and dry cloth to clean your Quest 3 lenses before applying the lens protectors. The lens protectors are self-adhesive, so you just stick them on. And they look good, too.
