  • Horrible. Product does NOT match the photos.
Color: 2Pack Hot Shoe
Junk. Horrible. Product does NOT match the photo (see photo). The knurling is almost completely smooth and offers no grip at all. The product shots show really nice grooves cut for the knurling but mine came with a crosshatch that is pathetic. Do not waste your money. I plan to return this item.

  • Professional Photographers Beware!
Color: Flash Hot Shoe Stand Mount
Initially I was going to give this item 5 stars because when I compared it to a previous hot shoe mount, it appeared to be made of a stronger plastic. However, at a recent shoot my second shooter informed me that the flash fell. I assumed that maybe I had not tightened it. But yesterday I had a second flash fall. Upon careful examination I realized that the flash does not lock in place no matter how tightly I turn the dial to the lock position. I can literally pull it right off. I am disappointed as I was hopeful this would serve my needs, but I will not trust my speed lights on these mounts. ... show more

  • EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY
Color: Hot Shoe Flash Stand
I lost my original 600EX-II RT flash stand stands and wanted some replacements. Ordered product threw it in the photography bad and pulled them out while shooting a wedding. Put the flash on this product and instantly breaks so i though it might be because it’s a factory variant or maybe i got a bad one so i switch to the second one provided. While I’m moving the flash bam it dropped to the ground and it’s because the second one broke also !!!!!!!!! In the middle of the wedding not to mention that it also broke my flash head diffuser on the fall so DO NOT BUY THIS !!!!! If you’re a professional Photographer. ... show more

  • DO NOT BUY THESE THEY BREAK INSTANTLY!
Color: Flash Hot Shoe Stand Mount
Literally every single one of these broke when I tried to lock my Canon 600EXRTs to them. I tried different units to see if that was the issue but they all broke. Some even immediately before I could get the flash unit locked completely.

  • Poor Quality Doesn't Work
Color: 2Pack Hot Shoe
You are probably wondering how can a simple thing like this be poor quality. I was wondering the same thing. The peace will not screw onto the screw because the hole is lopsided, so because of that it will not screw on like the others did. So I paid for two but really only have one because I am throwing the other one that is garbage away luckily I only really need it one and the other one was a backup which is now in the trash. ... show more

  • Handy for mounting things to 4040 extrusions
Color: 2Pack Hot Shoe
These are great for sliding into T slot 4040 extrusions to mount your flashes, dslr, etc to a common rail. The flat bolt fits into the T slot with a little slop and you can run down the bottom nut to your extrusion to lock the extrusion. The second thumb screw can then be tightened to your photo device to lock it to your rail. If you order the T slot 4040 you may want to see if they have a lighter duty 4040 if you are mounting it to a tripod. If you are using this to build a photo booth out of 4040 extrusion the standard extrusion would work amazing for mounting flashes and accessories. It does have a little slop in the slot but for a cheap option it works amazing. ... show more

  • Plastic is too hard with zero give. One fall and it breaks.
Color: Flash Hot Shoe Stand Mount
After 18yrs of solid service, a few of my original Nikon SB-800 stands needed to be replaced. I say that proudly and yes, I still use SB-800’s, I see no reason to switch up my speed lights. Used and abused, but still reliable and right up there in power. Anyways, I gave these aftermarket stands a try and on the first shoot one of the speed lights fell and the stand broke. Simple as that, true story. Took me by surprise. The plastic used for these stands is very hard and stiff. The original Nikon stands were made of a strong plastic that had a slight flex to it, almost as if they knew ahead of time that speed lights fall from time to time. FYI, it broke at the hot shoe. Although, not an expensive pack of stands, I think I might try sourcing some original oem stands stands next. Thanks ... show more

  • Worth it!
Color: Phone Holder Hot Shoe Mount
Sturdy, good quality product. I researched for about 2 days on which of these mounts to get and I’m happy I chose this one. I needed something that looked simple yet profesional and I’m happy with my purchase. Given with how simple the product is it gives you a good amount of options on how to stand your phone up. You can either do it landscape or portrait. ... show more
