Well.. I live in maine. It's currently February and with windchill it's about 13f. I'm not too cold. Fits a little tight. Got the xl to have room for sweaters and hoodie... should've gotten XXL. I'm 5'2" 117lbs. The hood is annoying though for sure. Not big enough at all.
