Description

Calyx Interiors' top-down/bottom-up cellular shades provide a soft look and offer unparalled light control. Perfect for any room where you want to retain your view yet eliminate the glare of the sun, you can lower your shade from the top or raise it from the bottom to place the shade anywhere on your window. This shade features a cordless lift mechanism eliminating long, unsightly cords, and providing a higher element of safety for kids and pets. However, due to the top-down nature of the shade, there are cords that attach the top rail to the shade. Comes with hardware for inside or outside mounting. Note: for inside mount, please order a shade that is smaller than the width of your window so that it fits inside or does not rub against the sides of your window. It should be at least 1/4 of an inch smaller to ensure a proper fit.

I have tried so many other planners. I have spent money on the super expensive teacher planners that you see all over social media. However, this planner has actually lead to me being more organized, doing actual planning, and ENJOYING planning. The way this particular planner is set up is efficient for any grade level you teach. As a high school teacher, I found it difficult to find planners that would suit my needs. Having multiple preps can cause planners to just not be what I am looking for.     • Easy to use and go from scrambled to organized!
This is my 12th year teaching. Every one of those years, I would buy a planner, or two, in my quest to become more organized. It didn’t work and I had blank, unused planners sitting there. THIS planner is different! I’m excited to use it, write down important dates, and utilize the included stickers. As a special education teacher I have a LOT of meetings and many “cogs” moving all the time. It is only the second week of school and I am on top of what I need to be on top of thanks to this planner! It simply works for me. I’m excited to continue plotting out my school year because I know I finally found a planner that 1. I want to use and 2. works for me.     • Good quality but HEAVY and more than I needed
The cover and printed pages are very nice. The paper is thicker than standard and the printed material seems helpful. Some of what I don't like is probably on me: for one, it is very heavy and thick. At about 2" thick this is as heavy as a textbook. This may have been in the description, but I did not see it. The spiral binding is also quite large. I wish there were a way to take out some pages I won't need until next semester. All the academic prompts are probably good for teachers, but is a bit more than I needed. I do like that the week just has spots to fill in as you wish, though it'd be nice to have a little bit of space dedicated to the weekend. So if you get this, plan to leave it on your desk at school and save the strain of carrying it! ... show more

First of all, the pages are thick enough that I can write with flair pens and they do NOT bleed through! This is the planner I’ve been trying to find for several years. I LOVE this planner! I use this for my lesson planning and all school related events. I love the set up so much. I use every section! Exactly as in the picture. It’s beautiful. I am a teacher, and this planner is excellent for preparing weekly lessons. It makes it easier since it already has the dates for each week. It also has only Monday through Friday which gives you more space to write notes.

This is my second year purchasing this planner! Last year, honestly…it was all about the price. Money was tight and I just couldn’t justify what I usually spent on a planner. So…after wasting literally hours building/revising /rebuilding multiple planners…on multiple “popular” sites…and never getting what I needed for less than eighty dollars…I went on Amazon and did a quick search. From its description, the Global planner seemed to have everything I needed AND it has great reviews. When it arrived and I opened the box I was thrilled!!! It looked and felt just like all the expensive planners I’d bought in the past. When I showed it to my coworkers…they were floored! This year…while the price is still a plus…I decided to repurchased this planner because IT FUNCTIONED PERFECTLY ! Now…this is a bigger deal than it seems. NEVER…am I…EVER happy with my planner choice. In the past…as the weeks went by…something just wouldn’t work for me….I could never get just the right combination of size, paper quality, number of checklists, planner layout, box size, easy of use etc… And every summer I would spend hours jumping between brands building, comparing and stressing. This planner has lots of options and is super adorable and functional. It doesn't quite fit what I need for middle school planning as it has a lot of pages that don't work for the quantity of students middle school teachers have, but overall it's a great all-in-one planner.
