Easy to install! Looks great for the price! Buy this! I've never installed a light fixture and I did this one pretty easily! Advice: ALWAYS buy the correct size fixture! Google how to choose the correct size light fixture for a room. This will save you from making a decorating mistake! The correct size is important between looking nice or tacky. :)

It’s a nice light fixture. The circular bottom cover snaps in place and is held in by tension. It also does not fit tight against the ceiling.

Very difficult installation due to poor design

I had a heck of a time getting this light installed. The set screws are on the side and very short, You have to somehow line up the base of the lamp in such a way so that the tiny holes perfectly align with the mounting bracket. Then you have to hold it there while you get a screw in the hole, but the holes are so close to the ceiling you can't get a screwdriver in there. And the screwdriver has to be really long since the fixture is wide. It took me an hour to finally get it, after dropping the screw at least a dozen times. A better design is to have a slightly thicker base, even 1/2 inch, or include a tool that grips the screw. or just make it so you can screw in from underneath, not the side. It looks good once up, but this should not have been that difficult so I'm rating it 1 star, I advise another model.
