These clubs arrived in a large box. The clubs were unwrapped and not protected in any way during shippping. The clubs appeared to be used. They were purchased as new. There's no picture of the shaft so I was expecting it to be a flat silver or black. It's black and red, overall I'm sure the clubs are great but that just wasn't what I expected. Hope this helps!

Apex 2021 iron set 4-p: A set of club with blade feeling but 1-2 club longer than blade club. It is light weight too. It is a lot better than Epic iron set from Callaway.
