I was hesitant to buy the clubs, so many reviews said only received 1 or 2 clubs, I am happy to have received all 7 clubs (5-aw) packaged correctly, with care. Took to the range and gamed a round, very happy with my purchase. Have put off new clubs for far too long, went back to Callaway with age gaining on me. I was initially skeptical when I purchased these. I read some of the reviews where clubs were missing from the shipment. All eight clubs came in a day early! The clubs that I purchased were labeled as “used – acceptable”. These clubs are in great shape. There are some scuffs that you would expect from someone who plays fairly regularly. Just like another buyer. Ordered the set 4-9, PW, AW and SW...received only a 6 iron. Disappointing, but hopefully Amazon makes it right. Updated: I was able to return this iron for a full refund. It wasn’t as easy as I would have liked, but it did get sorted and I now have the full set. I am updating to a 4 as I have not played the Mavrik irons yet. Ordered the full set when received late only had 4/9 clubs the 4,5,6 &7. Requested a replacement it never came... went to the manufacturer and ordered directly still back ordered but a lot better customer service to deal with... As for the clubs— amazing love them! Got to use them at the range and a few courses my 4 typically was playing about 170 I was consistently hitting 185-195. Very light so definitely have to fire hips first but they play great and are a pleasure to strike! As all things Callaway they haven’t disappointed excited to see the wedges from the set once they come in!! ... show more

I will never order golf clubs from Amazon again, much less from Calloway. I placed the order for the 5-PW set. Much like other reviews only 1 club was delivered. After contacting support I was told there was no replacement option and I could either buy the single PW that was delivered for $125 or return it. They refused to offer a replacement option and deliver me the clubs I had purchased. This is ridiculous and utterly disappointing. Service was terrible and I will absolutely never even think about purchasing equipment like this again. I’m sure the club quality would have been great, but I will never know. Terrible business practices. Avoid the disappointment and shop elsewhere. ... show more
