I really enjoyed watching g this thing expand and puff up. As soon as you slice the plastic (with a tool they supply) it fills with air. I was surprised to see that queen mattress was in that small, but, heavy box. It said to wait at least 24 hours to let it expand. I was sleeping on an air mattress. That got a huge hole in it that day. So I waited 14 hours. It said it would just take longer to fill in with air if you slept on it early. Now, it's been a few days, and it's an awesome bed. It's a medium. Should have got soft for I sleep on my stomach alot. Still very comfy tho. I have cats and I can't feel them jumping on the bed like I could with my last mattress. It's also got the cooling gel. It does help a bit with night sweats. Its really thick too. You dont need a box spring. I dont have one. For the price you can't beat it.

For the price this is a wonderful mattress! It came tightly wrapped so I was able to slide it out of the box onto the bed frame (Twin XL) and slowly removed the outer plastic wrap. As I did it began to uncoil slightly, but didn't expand until I used the included cutter to slice the inner vacuum-sealed plastic. It unfolded smoothly and fast without moving off bedframe. Within seconds it was fully 'inflated' and feels moderately firm (as described) right away. The fabric is a little better than I expected for the price, and overall very happy with the quality and value.

The mattress was a really good deal. They fold it over, and decompress all the air out so it fits in this little box. It's heavy, so when you take it out, and cut into the plastic cover, the mattress starts to fill up with air and it's kind of fun to watch it happen. It has springs and coils and just enough soft fabric on top. It's firm and comfortable and for $146, (which is what I paid for it) it made getting a Full mattress easy, as opposed to going to a big store, paying $200 plus dollars and then having to haul it home on top of your vehicle, OR pay $50 for delivery. This was totally worth it.

Arrived quickly and fairly well packaged. Mattress is pretty firm although described as medium firmness. Pricing was fair. I tired it out for about an hour and felt fairly firm; my sister just slept on it and said it felt very firm of her as well. NO smell at all when taken out of the plastic wrap.
