The first mattress sent to me had been returned before. There was no paper work or blade to cut the bag. The box was beat up with tape on the cracks. The mattress had a 2.5 inch pit at the knee level. Amazon was good about the return and sending a new mattress. The mattress is comfortable but not firm enough for my taste. I was sinking into the mattress and my back and knees were hurting because of it. It is fine for those that like a softer mattress, so I put it in my guest bedroom.
