Upon receiving the air compressor and having the wiring installed, at startup there was air leaking from every solenoid, and valve. Contacted customer support. They requested a video to diagnose the problem. Their reply in an email was that the unit needed to be serviced and multiple parts needed to be cleaned. Remember this was a brand new unit. Excellent compressor for a very affordable price but it arrived damaged. I was pressured by delivery team to accept right away and if there was any damage I could "just return to Amazon." I told them to hang on and inspected it while they were there and the compressor was leaning on it's side in the shipping container. Broken palate and ultimately broken pieces of plastic within the container but figured it was only a super small piece broken.... nope. 4 hours later and a few calls to California Air Tools - my contractor finally managed to fix the parts that were broken and we eventually got it working. Whomever ships these, please work out a better shipping system and California Air Tools - comeon... build a stronger shipping palate. ... show more

Had to update. Great in the beginning. Not long after it threw a rod and is now useless. I bought the asurion warranty but they aren’t covering it. I never like to say anything negative about a product and I probably wouldn’t have if I got more than one year out of it. That’s a lot of money to last less than a full year!!! ... show more
