I used Cali white products a few years ago with great results. I recently ordered more refills and they work exactly as described. For anyone experiencing viscosity issues, it’s likely due to storage conditions. I usually keep mine in fridge but have had times I stored in my bathroom drawer with no liquifying issues. Either way the only way I’ve ever had excess gel in my mouth was due to adding to much gel in the trays. (Totally my error!). I really like the custom fit tray but have used either style with great success. I’ve had 3-4 kits and have had 100% success with good batteries as well. Smart move for Celia to disconnect battery until user has received it in hand. Thank you Cali for creating a very effective teeth whitening product & kit at an affordable cost. Especially in the time of high costs & inflation. My dentist wanted $200+ for a similar product with some whitening strength. Why do they charge so much? Because they can. Thanks again Cali White for a great product and significantly whiter teeth!

finally a solution that actually works and doesnt feel like it is erasing your gums along with it. the molds that the combined kit provides is either a standard fit or one can mold it along their teeth line. both work equally fine. together with the UV light to aid in the cleaning process, you may drool a bit so have some paper towel ready btw, but the end result is defintely worth it.

Up till now, I only used Crest White Strips and other knock-off brands to whiten my teeth but never was overly impressed with the results. I get really nice, noticeable whitening with this product and it is pretty easy to use. It doesn't cause any sensitivity in my teeth or gums, but I have to be careful to not let it come into contact with the inside of my lips for too long because it causes some temporary irritation to the tissue there. I coat my lips with lip balm or ointment before I whiten to protect them as much as possible.

I ordered this whitening system after running out of the gel that came with my GLO Science system. The refills for that were not only far more expensive, but since there was so much product left in their vials and I had to fight to get it out, I decided to go another route. I'm SO glad I found Cali White while searching on Amazon. The reviews were on point and the price was far better than the alternative. When I received the product, I was impressed with the packaging as well as the information provided within. I also like that the gel syringes are marked so it's super easy to determine how much to use per application. I apply the product along the inside of my system and use it just as I would before - the really cool thing is that this gel is good for a longer period of time - so when my GLO system shuts off, I can use it another 4 or 5 times to total the 28 minutes recommended. More product. Better product. Amazing result. Lower price. It doesn't get better than that! I highly recommend!

I'm not sure how much the product whitens because after two sessions, I have to stop to consider a different way of putting the product in my trays. This is not a thick gel; it's more on the watery side and when I push the plunger, I can't seem to push it slowly enough so that only a little product goes in the tray. It is squirting out which adds way too much watery product. Even though I rinsed out the bottom tray, clearly I did not rinse it out enough since after using it for 10 minutes yesterday (2 days in a row), my lower jaw is painful. I'll have to wait until next week to try using it again and I'll also have to find a different way of doing it since I don't need a lot of it. Maybe it whitens teeth great, but I can't find out right now.

As a daily coffee drinker and of Diet Pepsi, even though I always drink through a straw, my teeth turn slightly yellow. I have always purchased the whitening gel from my dentist and used them with my custom trays. Every time I use those, I cringe because of the sensitivity it brings. I purshased Cali white and am on day 5. I am happy with the results so far. No tooth sensitivity and I don’t have to wear the trays for hours, to get results. I use my custom trays from the dentist and the cali white gel, along with the light. I only use the light sometimes. It’s been about a year since the last time I have whitened, so I’m looking forward to my final results after the recommendation of 10 days. These photos were taken outside in the sunshine. I believe sun brings out the whiteness/yellowness of teeth. One is with red lipstick, since red is shown to bring out the yellow in teeth. Been using for a while. Super easy to use and light lasts super long even with buying my own battery replacements. Comes with trays that you can fit to your mouth if you don’t have your own already. So easy to use and you’ll totally notice a difference after the first use. You’ll be so happy you bought this system and the refills are inexpensive. If you have sensitive gums like mine you won’t have to worry, I went three times the first times I used them and I didn’t have white gums, a LITTLE bit of pinkness but it went away in a few hours but the whiteness didn’t and again... you’ll be super happy you tired this system. I was a skeptic at first as I use to spend a ton on professional zoom brightening at the dentist every few years.... not anymore.... now it’s up to you to try.... you’ll be happy you did. :)

I originally bought the Cali White kit with the mouthpieces and the light. It was delivered Jun 6, 2021. That worked out fine. The whitening gel in the syringes was actually a gel and stuck to the silicone mouth pieces long enough to get them in position on your teeth. Once in place, you could see the peroxide foaming up as the chemical process took place. Fast forward to today Aug 24, 2021 and I had a replacement pack of whitening gel delivered. It didn't start off well. When I opened the plastic bag from Amazon and removed the box with the Cali White gel, the little seal (tape basically) was already broken as if someone had already been inside. That concerned me. There wasn't even any stickiness left on the tape seal. OK, so maybe these had been tampered with. Always a good feeling with something you're gonna put in your mouth, right! So I looked at each syringe and they looked full. The question was, full of what? When I tilted the syringes upside down to see the air bubble / empty space in each one, I noticed that the air bubble was moving way too fast for a gel. It behaved more like water. No viscosity at all. It was hot out today so I stuck the tray with the syringes in the refrigerator for a couple of hours in case the low viscosity was due to the heat. I wanted to give it a chance to thicken into a gel. After chilling for 2 hours, I tried to use a syringe and it was a mess. 1.) The viscosity was so low that ANY pressure applied to the plunger on the syringe sent half the contents into the sink rather than onto the mouthpieces. It made a great squirt gun. And BTW, the first gel I received with the kit was never refrigerated and it remained a gel. 2.) The low viscosity fluid also meant that when I went to place the silicone trays onto my teeth, the whitening gel just fell out before I could ever get it in place. It really was more water than a gel. 3.) Whatever was left of the gel when I got the mouthpiece in place simply ran out of the mouth trays immediately. 4.) There was zero foaming under the mouthpieces from the reaction of the peroxide as you'd expect. 5.) There was a taste like whitening gel. So whatever was in these syringes was either tampered with, spoiled, or not manufactured correctly. So much for a product that was advertised as produced in a US factory under FDA scrutiny. I guess that's not worth anything. So I processed a return and Amazon wants me to actually send it back. OK, I don't know what you're gonna do with it but I'll drop it off at UPS to get my $20 back. I may reorder if I can't find another decent source of carbamide peroxide gel. But this was not a good experience. EDIT 09/01/2021: There's a happy ending to this story. I wanted to get my teeth whitened so I simultaneously returned this defective product and ordered another product from Amazon. The new product is also claiming US manufacturing and 35% Carbamide Peroxide. However the new stuff I ordered is only $18 and they are selling 8 ten ml syringes vs 3 5 ml syringes from CaliWhite for $20. That's 80 ml of product for $18 or 22.5 cents per ml. CaliWhite sells 15 ml of product for $20 or $1.33 per ml or about 6 times the price. The new product is a thick gel that stays in place and is easy to apply to the mouthpieces. It also foams like crazy. I can actually hear and feel the foaming action. The downside is a little sensitivity. The upsides are a much lower cost and better whitening performance. So CaliWhite actually did me a favor here.
