I bought this press last May and it easily pressed over 1,000 cups plus flawlessly . It went out in my busiest season Christmas and couldn't get another one of these in until January so bought 3 other types that had quicker shipping dates and they couldn't even begin to compare ruined way to many cups sent them all back for refund and was so glad when this one showed up and yes it went out before warranty but I can't complain cause the pad went through more than it's share of cups . Was very impressed with this press at first. After using it for a few months it stopped holding heat. I'll set it at 380⁰ and it would jump to 425⁰ or the heat would decrease to 310⁰. I've loss at least 6 tumblers due to heat changes. I gave it 3 stars because it's build well but heats horribly.

Product came in nice and clean but once turned on, temperature does not go up at all, even with a blank tumbler. Pdf manual and instructions is in broken english. It doesn’t comprehend with the machine itself. It came with 2 fuses, doesn’t tell you where it even go. If I don’t get a refund, somting wong!! - Ron Jiang ... show more

No instruction to set temperature. I have ruin 5 tumblers trying to get temp. correct. Every time I press a tumbler, I keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best. It's always a gamble. Absolutely would not buy this press.
