    • After 2nd Use - DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY
Excited to receive and received in a timely manner. However, after the first use, it no longer functioned correctly. The timer can be set at 5 seconds and it opened at 2 seconds. Now it does not open at all. NOT SATISFIED with this product if it does NOT work.

Pros: 1. Once you know the correct heat settings to use, it does a good job. 2. I love the large size 16x20 inches Cons: 1. When i received it, there was a dent on the top bed but it doesnt hinder the heat process...it had to travel miles to get to me outside the US....but is a little eye sore. 2. Apparently the relay was bad and it only heat up once then was dropping temp. Reached out to the company who wanted me to return it but i had to spend nearly the cost of it to reach to me much less send back. So return was not an option. Thankfully was able to get a local electrician to recognise the problem. The sellers were awesome, after some back and forth vids and pics, they sent a new relay. It works great now. 3. Takes forever to reach the temp i set. Especially the last 50 degrees. 4. Doesnt beep when it reaches temp set, so you need to pay attention. Overall...I'm satisfied ... show more
