Microwaves have work wonders. I am extremely pleased with how it performs. A massive upgrade from my previous 10-year-old microwave. a MUTE button, which is something I have always heard of but never seen on a microwave in real life. Reason for 3stars I had to order two of these because the first one was damaged. I could not communicate with the company to inform them about the issue I was having, so I was forced to send it back and get another one. For the price you are paying for this microwave, I would have expected better customer support and a pristine item when I get it. Both of the microwaves I got were damaged; I just gave up trying again to get a microwave that didn't look like it was a returned item. Both microwaves had a dent on the side of the microwave, like it was dropped, and the door was misaligned. So far the microwave I kept has been working great; however, because of the issue with it being dented and the door misaligned, I wonder if the life span will be effected by these because it was possibly dropped.

The oven looks very nice. It is big and it has most of the features a good microwave has to have, plus it can do convection cooking or combine the two. It is easy to set up after you figure out which button does what. The manual is very thorough on explaining the steps for each function, and what is it the oven does when you use the functions, like where the heat is coming from and such. It works well, it is powerful and gives good results. The oven was easy to connect to the app, but the app is kind of limited. They say there are recipes, but it is AI powered, you ask for a recipe, and it gives you a list of unrelated stuff. I asked for a recipe for a whole chicken, and it gave me two recipes, one for chicken wings and another one for something completely not chicken at all. You cannot browse recipes, it is just an unsorted list of everything thrown together. It sends me notification every time someone uses it and it finishes cooking. Now I know that someone went ahead and cooked something in it at 1:26 am. YOu can take a picture of your handwritten recipe, and it does pretty good job digitizing it, and you can save it. YOu can take a picture of a pile of ingredients, and it suggests a few recipes to go with them. Another very useful function is you can scan a frozen food, and it sets the oven to the right setting to microwave it. It doesn't work for all brands, though, think more national brands not local small manufacturers or store brands. It is kind of nice.I hope the AI will get smarter with time. YOu can buy a kit to make the oven look built in.

This is a very nice microwave. I've had it for several days now and I've been testing its various functions. The one I won't be testing is its "smart" capabilities. I don't have and don't want Alexa. I'm not interested in talking to my appliances. And I especially don't want them talking back. The idea of a microwave that's listening in whenever I'm in the kitchen is somehow unappealing to me. Even if I thought there was something to be gained from such a function (I don't), the potential downside of an appliance that can spy on you is enough for me to pass it by. But let's talk about what I have tried and how it's worked. The microwave functions are fine. In that capacity, this works almost exactly like my old microwave. It's a tiny bit smaller than the old one, but large enough for anything I might need. I was less impressed with the convection bake function. I wanted to roast some brussels sprouts and the roast function only works up to 375 degrees, so I chose convection bake because I typically roast my sprouts at 450 degrees. Since this is a convection oven, which presumably cooks faster at slightly lower temps, I chose 425. It took about 20 minutes for the oven to heat to that temperature. That's much longer than my gas oven takes to get there. Once it was there, it worked fine. But somewhere I'd read that convection cooking should produce a juicier result and my sprouts came out drier than usual. Not a deal breaker, but it tells me I'll have to do some adjusting if I want to use this for that purpose. Next, I tried the broil function. While you don't need to preheat for broiling, it did take a little longer than using the oven's broiler would. However, in this case, I consider that a plus. It's super-easy to burn things in my oven's broiler. The convection broiler is unlikely to do that. It also beeps at you halfway through broiling with a message that says "turn" so you know it's time to cook the other side. All in all, this is a great appliance, with lots of functionality. I'm sure I'll find new ways to use it in the future. If I were purchasing rather than getting the appliance gratis in order to review it though, I doubt I'd have chosen it because the value wouldn't have been there for me. It's about 4x what other combo microwave/convection ovens go for, and that's a big consideration for me. It might not be for others, especially for people who aren't budget-conscious and already have other Cafe appliances and want everything to match.

This Café, Countertop Convection Microwave Oven looks great and has a lot of nice features such as auto bake and the ability to control it remotely from an App, but I'm really unhappy with the design, as far as the convection part of this unit goes. You have to bake on racks that are a lot smaller than the microwave plate and it rotates as it bakes so you can't use a decent size square pan or any normal size pans in it, If it didn't rotate or had a normal oven rack option this wouldn't be an issue. I found it took longer to bake than in a regular oven which was odd to me for convection baking and it's pretty noisy; it sounded like crackling wires in the back at times whichbwas concerning to me. The microwave part of this unit works great and heats really well. I do like the design and how easily the controls respond to touch and it's easy to clean. I don't see the great value in this unit but it's a nice looking microwave.

This is the best microwave the I have ever had the pleasure to use. I love kitchen appliances and I love when they make things easier for me in the kitchen. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, from cooking to baking, I'm always doing something. This microwave really has it all. This microwave is not only your traditional microwave- it's also a convection oven-aka air fryer. It even comes with its own app. There are auto-sense features so you can put your food in and it will sense how long to cook it. There are time pre-sets, which makes it really nice. It is also very nice and easy to clean- the stainless steel on the inside just wipes right out. It's very well made and runs quiet. We love it and have been getting a ton of use out of it. It's an essential part of our kitchen.

I think it is a bit too big. It does work well, both as a microwave and broil oven. I did not test the smart home/kitchen options, but all basic functions are easy to use in my opinion. I do have some questions about the materials used, as I almost destroyed the insides when unpacking because the magnetron cover looked like a paper insert for safe transportation. It needs feet adjustment to be level as the fans re super noisy if the oven is not quite level. It works. It's BIG! Check the dimensions.

I haven't had a chance to try the hybrid features on this unit yet (I'll update this review when I do). And I don't plan to use the smart features (past experience taught me to never use a stove or oven unattended). But this is hands down the best microwave oven I've ever owned. The first thing I noticed is how quiet it is. It heats food quickly and evenly. When used for several minutes, it beeps and shows a visual "hot" warning on the keypad, reminding me to handle contents safely; and the fan stays on for a minute to cool the oven itself. It's also big enough to handle just about anything we cook. The price is high, but if the hybrid features work as advertised, it will be more than worth it. In any case, it's an excellent microwave oven.
