  • Great bag
Color: Black/Navy
I really like this bag. It has a large enough capacity that, even though you'll want to remove your driver head and pack it in the bag, a golf bag is easy to insert and have the bag zipped up. The outside pockets for shoes are very convenient and the internal retraining strap is really helpful. Having now seen it handled by airlines I am confident it will prove to be very durable. ... show more

  • Great travel cover!!!!
Color: Black/Navy with North Pole
Good material, ease to use, great space and the North Pole is working okay. I was a little bit worried because I have +1” golf clubs but they fit perfectly. Two pockets with a plenty space (I wear 11.5 x-wide golf shoes, I usually carry wet and dry, you never know when you are going to need them). I have been traveling a lot in the last 2 months (4 domestic and 2 international flights) and there is no issues with the cover. I have a foam cover for extra protection. One important thing, the customer service is really good!!!! ... show more

  • Does what it's supposed to do and looks good doing it!
Color: Black/Grey with North Pole
I had been looking for a travel bag to protect my golf clubs on a flight from San Francisco, Ca. to Bangkok, Thailand and then onward to Chiang Mai, Thailand. I read some of the reviews of this particular bag as purchased here and although most were positive reviews, there were a few that were not. I took everything with a grain of salt, gave myself the sign of the cross and hit the "go" button, making my purchase. The bag arrived within a few days of placing my order and upon inspection, everything looked to be o.k. I did not notice any issues with the stitching of the fabric. All the seems appeared to be sewn well and straight. The zippers appear to be durable and did not snag when I gave them several runs up and down. I saw that the main zipper as well as the two zippers for the two external pockets are all lockable. There is an internal strap to further secure your golf bag inside the travel bag so as to minimize movement and I can only assume to reduce friction from both bags rubbing together. I think this might reduce the chance of the bag tearing because of that. The internal strap is a bit narrow and elastic. This bag also comes with a pole to protect your clubs from damage. The pole is inserted in your golf bag and is adjustable to the length of your clubs so as to further protect the club heads from damage. In addition to all this, three colored, hard plastic luggage identification tags came with my bag. I'm not sure if it was supposed to come with three or not, but I'm not complaining. There is no external shoulder strap to carry the bag with, but there is a grab handle about mid length on the bag, which goes over the main zipper and another grab handle at the top of the bag as well as a set of wheels on the bottom of the bag which makes it easy to move the bag around. The wheels keep the bag high enough off the ground to prevent the bottom of the bag from getting scuffed when moving the bag around. My MacGregor golf stand / hybrid golf bag fits snuggly in this travel bag. It does make things easier with two people loading the golf bag in the travel bag, but with a little bit of practice, you'll be able to do it yourself without any major issues. Once the golf bag is in the travel bag, you'll see that it's a snug fit and you might not really need to use the internal strap, but since it's there, why not? So far, the bag has done what it's supposed to do. It protected my golf clubs and golf bag. I know that some luggage handles could care less about what happens to the contents of your luggage and that's why I purchased this bag in the first place. This bag not only protected the contents within, it still looks just as good as it did when I unboxed it. Upon further inspection after my travel, there was no noticeable damage to the travel bag that I could see. In short, I'm happy with my purchase and I would recommend this to others if you're looking to protect your clubs. ... show more

  • Great value for flying
Color: Black/Navy
This is the second one of these I have purchased. One for me and one for the wife. They are adequate if you are flying. Not a LOT of protection for the heads, but if your regular golf bag has a snap on cover, you can do as I did and wrap the covered heads with a towel, snap on the bag cover so it fits nice and snug, then put the whole works inside this case. The wheels work great, and the side pockets are large and handy. This is a screaming deal at what they are charging, especially if you compare to other options. The airlines will check this like any other bag (no premium for oversized for golf clubs). ... show more

  • Excellent Bag - Not Just for Golf Clubs - Excellent for Ham Radio Gear
Color: Black/Grey
First, lets calibrate what we're talking about here. This isn't made from titanium chain mail. It's heavy Cordura, a heavy fabric made from a blend of woven fibers. Secondly, I'm not a golfer and probably never will be so my comments don't relate directly to suitability for use as a golf club carrier. As an amateur radio (aka "ham radio") operator, I recently want on a small expedition to the Galapagos Islands (HD8M 2023). Everything we needed for the 3 radio stations had to come with us as luggage; radios, power supplies, antennas, coaxial cables, tools, computers, numerous accessories, etc. There was nothing but 3 vacation houses where we went. We took 3 complete radio stations and all the necessary equipment in our airline luggage. I used this bag to carry some of the heavier items including several antennas, a telescoping 26' fiberglass pole, 350' of coaxial cable, and 2 boxes of accessories, adapters, etc. I also put another bag with all of my clothes and personal items inside this bag. It weighed just shy of 70 Lbs (the airline limit for overweight baggage). Because my assortment of items was somewhat non-standard, it attracted the attention of U.S. TSA. This was not entirely unexpected. To be honest, if they weren't inspecting bags like this one, I would be concerned. However, on my first flight from PHL to MIA, this caused the bag to be delayed. To correct this, the airline flew it overnight to Phoenix and then to Miami for the earliest possible delivery the next day. This bag went: PHL to PHX to MIA to UIO (Quito) to GPS (Baltra airport, Galapagos). Once we landed at Baltra, it was put on a shuttle bus, then on the top of a small ferry, then in the back of a Toyota Hilux, then loaded onto another boat, dragged down a dock, and finally dragged to the house where I stayed. 10 days later it did the same trip in reverse (without the detour to Phoenix). When I got it home and unpacked it, I looked it over before I put it away. The stitching on all seams was in tact. The wheels and plastic on the back end were scratched a bit as you would expect for such a long trip across various terrain. There are a couple of very minor abrasions and one or two tiny rips (<1") where it must have been rubbed against something rough or hard. I don't blame these on the bag. Travel 4,000 miles to a remote part of the world and back again through 4 airports (x2), across various terrain and transportation and this is par for the course. I'm not shocked and these won't affect its usefulness in the future. As I said, this isn't made of metal. If you need something that won't be worn by abrasion, get one the much more expensive and heavier hard cases. If you're doing trips like this frequently, that may be a better bet for you. If you need something for occasional use that will hold up well and do what was intended, this bag is an excellent choice. KE2D/HD8M 2023 ... show more
