My chevy luv heater control broke and would leak everywhere. There are no stock heater controls in any store. I saw someone talk about this control valve online and decided to give it a try.     • Best Coolant Valve So Far
Installed to a 1966 Ford F100 with a Classic Auto Air conditioning system to help regulate interior temperature. The best so far. It's hard to regulate temperature with coolant flow since engine speed is always changing.

    • Cable doesn’t come with it
I bought this valve and the cable that was recommended by Amazon. There is no good way to bend a loop in the cable to connect it. I tried a search for a cable with a loop in the end, so far no luck. It would be a good valve if it came with a cable that fits.

I installed this in a Volvo 240. (Video on YouTube) The heater and components needed replacing. So this was the best “race car” option I could find for what was needed. It’s mechanical operation works great with the oem climate control lever. 4 stars as, Item is as it’s described, and works great so far. But Would buy again if I needed another one. ... show more
