My Caromix Bike came with Resistance Bands in the front AND in the back. The back bands came with ONE strap intended for leg extensions. I probably won't use for that purpose so I decided to pick up a set of regular Resistance Band Handles for the back so I can use while riding the bike. I just slip them over the back armrest so I can easily grab them while riding. These Hoxwc Handles are HUGE compared to the handles that came with my bike. I'm guessing any of the brands are about the same size, just took me by surprise! Honestly when comparing many of the available handles on Amazon they all looked alike to me, just different colors and price points. The grip is comfortable in the hand (I have large hands for a woman) and I like the bright color. The nylon webbed straps seem heavy duty, as are the thick Metal D Rings. The Logo is only sewn on one of the handles on my set. Not that it matters, but something I noticed. (Maybe explains the cheaper price?) The little mesh bag that came with the handles was a nice touch and I'll probably find an unrelated use for it since I won't be using it to transport the handles anywhere, like a gym. Great value for the money; I feel these are very decent handles for the price I paid.
