I only use the brass face on these so I can’t comment on durability of the urethane face. I use these to lightly tap on cast and forged metal parts in the mill during set up so as not to mar the metal. Works good for my needs, the deadblow feature transfers energy better and reduces bounce back.

You can hit things with these hammers and they will work, but won't last. You can hear the sand or whatever they put inside, shaking around when using them.

C&T dead blow orange 2 piece hammers. These are just as good as Harbor Freight style hammers and the brass insert in the end is slightly better than HB. Balanced and ok for larger hands.

Haven't had them long but they are good quality, exactly what I was looking for. Grip is fine in the hand, brass face does not mar steel surfaces. I'd rather be able to buy individually, but for the price can't really complain about having 2 good hammers.
