These are lined from inside and cover ears well , not too tight, and are warm for Wisconsin winter! The colours are a plus! This is hands down the warmest and the cutest beanie I have. We live in chicago, and winters here can be HARSH! I was looking for a reasonably priced beanie and I'm SOO glad I got this! It has a fleece lining inside which is the main factor in keeping your head and ears warm. The beanie is thick and the pom pom on the top is large but I wanted a large pom pom on top because they look super cute! It's a stretchy material so fits your head perfect. The extra fleece lining is amazing for those extra cold days; it would likely get too warm on a more moderate winter day. I love the color options - there is something for everyone! In reading extensive reviews before purchasing, it seems the CC quality varies by seller, or more likely there are imitators..? I love this hat! It is very comfortable and cute. It covers my ears and doesn’t ride up on my head like other hats that I’ve owned that are of a similar style. I spend a lot of time outside and live in Central New York (cold, snowy winters), and it keeps my head and ears nice and warm. My only complaint is that it’s going to be tricky to wash because the faux fur pom shouldn’t be washed yet isn’t removable, but I knew that before I bought it from reading other reviews. Also, if you are like me and don’t like the label in the front, know that it comes off super easily. I used a pair of nail scissors to cut the threads, and it took about 30 seconds. ... show more
