I’m really torn about this eye shadow. I absolutely love the color and quality of the eye shadow itself. Initially, I was able to line the inner, lower lashes like an absolute Pro; the shape of the crayon made it easy and the look was exactly what I wanted. Plus, it didn’t budge all day!. My problem with it is that the crayon BROKE about the 5th time I used it! It’s not even as if I was carrying it around in my purse during the summer; it’s been in my make-up cart in my bathroom at temps not above 74 degrees (Fahrenheit.) I have had to resort to digging in the cap with a Q-tip to get the product out, and as you can see from the photo, it gets all over my hands. This eye shadow is waaaaay too expensive for that to happen! I was all set to buy it in other colors, but now I don’t think so. Also: BEWARE! The Onyx stained my Quartz countertop terribly! Still have not been able to completely remove the dark color that got on there. ... show more

The bronze moon color shown is much lighter than pictured here. I thought it was going to be a darker shade of brown. This is a beautiful color. It is definitely very shimmery. It has a lot of shine to it. Too much to be used under the eye and for an eye liner. It is a beautiful eye shadow. I used it with a deep dark purple eye liner and it looks like a beautiful beige smokey shimmery color. It does need to be rubbed in. I love the Terry Ombre Blackstar for use as an eye liner. It has a lot of pigment, it lasts all day and I wear it swimming with no issues. They discontinued the Bronze Perfection 13 so I was hoping this would replace it but it is way too shimmery to use as a liner. Makes a beautiful shadow though so I am happy! ... show more

This has to be the easiest shadow I have ever used. Perfect one and done color to apply, smooth with one finger and apply mascara. Love and would recommend to any makeup user.

I was really excited to try this after seeing so many great reviews and tutorials online. While the color is beautiful, the formula isn't what I was expecting. This creases like nothing else I have ever used. I've tried using different primers, no primer, etc but nothing seems to stop it from creasing. I feel like I wasted $43 dollars on this. I heard it was long wearing and smudge proof but I've had a completely different experience. I guess this works for some people but it just didn't work for me. I'm only giving it 3 stars because the shade range is so unique. Also, the cap broke as soon as I opened it (there are two layers to the lid and they came unglued). ... show more

Blends well with a brush for a very subtle look. Formula is very creamy and easy to apply. I'm able to get away with little blending because the color is light. Dries pretty fast. I love the formula, but it's more of a metallic than a shimmer. Using a brush scatters the metallic flecks. Wears all day with a primer (I only wear it close to the lash line and blend up and out). I wish there was a darker purple. ... show more
